Extension to Season until March 15th

Has anyone heard any news on this.....
Planning permission was granted for the extension, as long as conditions were met. These were only the erection of flood warning signs by the bottom fence ( where there used to be a view of the estuary! ). I enquired last season about this, and was told that Holker were going to do a study over the winter to assess how deep the water pipes had to go to prevent freezing. When asking again this season, I was told that temperatures reached minus ten!!! however nothing was said about more work to progress this forwards.
